We use specialists couriers to dispatch our items based on weight and dimensions to ensure we can offer the cheapest prices to our customers whilst ensuring a speedy and careful service.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item, or necessary proof, which will be decided at House of Timber’s discretion. Such goods must be rejected within 5 working days of either collection or delivery.
In the event of a customer changing their mind or ordering the incorrect size, we are more than happy to accept returns for exchange or refund, but cannot refund any shipping costs in this scenario, as this is a cost that cannot be recovered.
We will also issue an invoice to cover the postage costs of the replacement item. For items with free delivery, we will still require the customer to cover the costs of shipping, and there will be a handling fee deducted from refunds to cover the P&P costs incurred. This cost is variable based on the shipping costs of the item in question.
